Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Ordinary parcel post delivery times
Same state: 2–6 business days from shipping confirmation
Interstate (metro to metro): 4–6 business days from shipping confirmation
Express post parcel delivery times
Same state; Up to 2 business days (depending on origin and destination), from shipping confirmation
Interstate Up to 4 business days (depending on origin and destination)
In rare cases, there may be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Instore pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup instore. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up generally within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our instore pickup hours are between 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries, shipping charges for your order will be calculated following your order being received.
Shamanic Rain is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Depending on your location shipping times vary. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shamanicrain@yahoo.com.au with your name and order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shamanicrain@yahoo.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
